Commission Member and Building Inspector Ron Adkins has served on the Niederwald Planning Commission for three years and as the Building Inspector for one year.  Mr. Adkins is a native of Stephensburg, KY and has been a resident of Niederwald since 1991.  Mr. Adkins is currently owner-operator of BlackHorse Enterprises, Niederwald, TX, which is a sub-contracting business focused on the installation of fireplaces, gas logs, etc. in both residential and commercial applications.
