If you live within the City Limits of
Niederwald and are planning to build, remodel, or replace any buildings on
your property, you must meet with the Building Inspector.
If you plan on dividing or subdividing
your property, you must meet with the Planning Commission.
The City of Niederwald has building
codes, subdivision and zoning ordinances in effect, along with a fireworks
ordinance.
The Planning Commission meets the
SECOND Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. - City Hall.
The City Council meets the FIRST and
THIRD Monday
of each month at 7:00 p.m. - City Hall.
THE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND PARTICIPATION
IS WELCOME.
